EastEnders episode to be aired in Windlesham pub as mum takes on Roxy Mitchell

Addlestone mum of two gets into a scuffle with the hotheaded Roxy Mitchell during the TV show.

The Surrey Cricketers in Windlesham will be airing an episode of EastEnders in support of one of their regular customers.

Actress Jade Colucci Bell, 34, from Addlestone visits the village pub up to three times a week with her family and will be featuring in the BBC soap opera on Thursday night (March 26).

Family and friends will tune in at 7.30pm to watch Jade perform in a scene where she has an argument with Roxy Mitchell (played by Rita Simons) and gets pushed over.

Jade plays a character called Linzi Gallo, mother to Thea who is allegedly bullying Ineta - Alek's daughter and Roxy's boyfriend.

Linzi goes looking for Roxy, they have an argument in the street and someone ends up getting punched.

Jade said: "Having a chance to be a small part of this huge show is massive for me, it's the reason I got into acting in the first place.

"For me this is more than just a small part in EastEnders this is fulfilling a dream I've had since the age of 13 and no matter what I do with my career from here on in it will be to me the most important thing I've ever done and will mean the most to me."

Jade previously starred in The Bill on ITV and has written her own shows and films.

Her first movie Zombie Resurrection was recently released in the shops and on iTunes.

Dan Friend, owner of The Surrey Cricketers, said: "As a congratulations for her achievement we are airing the episode of Eastenders with all our customers.

"We are airing the show as she is a regular customer and a good friend and we are all very proud of her.

"She's a hard working mother of two young children, very happy and friendly to everyone."

The Surrey Cricketers is no stranger to celebrity customers. Last year Ed Sheeran spontaneously performed Thinking Out Loud at the bar.

Look out for Jade in Eastenders, BBC One, on Thursday at 7.30pm.
