Windle Valley Centre held an indoor street party for its service users to celebrate the Queen’s 90th Birthday on Thursday 21 April.
Festivities at the Bagshot centre started with music, sing-alongs and a quiz, before lunch in a room decked with union jack flags and pictures of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.
Frequent Windle Valley service user Cyril Addis also turned 90 on the same day and was there to join in the celebrations. A special birthday cake was presented to Cyril while everyone sang Happy Birthday.
Centre Manager Louise Aartsen said “We all had fabulous day and it was a real privilege to be able to celebrate the Queen’s birthday with all our wonderful friends here at Windle Valley.”
