Autumn events for all the family at Flourish Community Garden’s

Flourish Community Garden’s at Frimley Lodge Park has some great events for all the family coming up this autumn.

Come along and have a look at what we get up on 17 October (11am-2pm). Lend a hand with some harvesting, seed collecting and bug house making or just sit down and enjoy a good old cup of tea and a slice of cake in the heated shed. This is a free event with donations for refreshments.

Join in with some of our Halloween Workshops on 31 October. Come and carve your own pumpkin and plant a witch’s boot, both of which can be taken home to help with your Halloween celebrations. After all that hard work relax with a drink and biscuit. These workshops are suited to children aged 7 and over and will take place from 11am-1pm or 2:30pm -4:30pm. This events cost £5 per child and pre-booking is essential.

There will also be a spooky scavenger hunt, suitable for all ages, taking place 6pm – 8pm. As well as the hunt there will be pumpkin soup tasting and toasted marshmallows.
