Surrey Heath Borough Council is inviting members of the public to attend their first ever live streamed event to discuss this subject on Monday 4 July.

The Council is organising this innovative online event to encourage as many residents, business owners and interested parties to have their say on this important topic.

Surrey Heath is keen to answer people’s questions, hear their views, understand any concerns and listen to new ideas via this Facebook Live event, which will take place from 7.30pm-8.30pm.

Leader of the Council, Cllr Moira Gibson will appear on the panel alongside SHBC Chief Executive Karen Whelan and other senior council representatives.

Members of the public can visit the SHBC Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SurreyHeath) on the day to follow the live video stream - there is no need to have a Facebook account in order to view.

Questions can be asked via the comments section of the Facebook Live post if you are logged in to a Facebook account. Alternatively you can participate by using the hashtag #talksurreyheath on Twitter, by directly tweeting us @surreyheath or via email before or during the event on talk@surreyheath.gov.uk.

The Council aims to answer as many questions as possible during the event, which focuses on one of their key priorities.
